Please find below all information regarding our warranties for Avocor interactive displays.

PLEASE NOTE: To better assist our customers with technical support or warranty processing, please review and follow these guidelines

1. Please the reseller partner that you purchased your Avocor product from

2. Determine if support in Europe, Asia or North America. it is best to use the service where the display physically resides.

3. Have the Avocor Model Name and if possible the serial number before you speak to your Avocor Service Representative (The serial number can be found at the back of the display or obtainable through the OSD menu under information option.
