Manage sales opportunities to drive the required positive outcome all the way through the complex sales process and a long sales cycle.
To foster and grow large scale, sustainable deployments in a customer-facing role adopting a more consultative approach.
Deliver a positive outcome against the agreed targets for you and the wider sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with and coverage of your reseller channel.
Complete and regular management of our CRM, Salesforce, for your entire sales pipeline
To be fully appraised of, connected to and supporting all Avocor opportunities that exist within your reseller accounts at all times.
To ensure that you have identified and managed all potential risks to your numbers and those of the wider business that may prevent us from exceeding our targets.
Liaison with your accounts and our marketing team to ensure we are connected, prepared and professional with regards to all marketing matters.
Identify, connect and develop a mutually supportive relationship with any and all representatives of your Strategic Partners in your area or that service any of your accounts.
Work closely with the rest of the global team to support shared objectives.
Professional representation at trade shows and events including full demos and meetings. This may also include set up and break down.
A monthly update on your nominated Top 10 accounts to the management Team via VP Sales EMEA

Qualifications, experience and expertise:
Proven track record of selling to both the reseller channels and to end-user organizations.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to relate to people at all levels and to groups of all sizes.
Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of complex sales.
Tenacious, creative, able to prioritize.
Must be proactive and able to work on own initiative. Possessing good interpersonal skills and also able to work as part of a team.
High level of IT literacy.
Good Standard of Education - preferably Degree Calibre.
Previous experience in a high profile, customer-facing role.
Experience of collaborative technologies – VC, Interactive Displays and UC.
