The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for effectively selling across all levels of large Enterprise corporations. The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering large strategic wins, expertise working with a diverse partner base, and a consistent track record of exceeding goals in the AV, UC, or IT industry.


  • Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close large-scale complex deals and drive sales revenue targets
  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements
  • Retain and increase revenue with a managed book of business
  • Own and drive revenue growth opportunities by uncovering new business opportunities through hunting for referrals, cold calling, and connecting stakeholders
  • Perform Business Reviews with strategic clients to understand their pain points, recommend and articulate the right Avocor solutions
  • Relationship building
  • Provide regular updates to sales management on the status of existing as well as potential Enterprise opportunities. Provide weekly report of pipeline and forecast
  • Collaborate with other global Enterprise Sales Managers to cross-sell and up-sell owned accounts in other regions



  • Achieves assigned sales quota in designated Enterprise accounts
  • Meets assigned expectations for profitability
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame



  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of Enterprise sales experience in the IT, AV, or Unified Communication space
  • Proven track record of success selling in a highly competitive environment
  • Proven experience in processes for successful account management including forecasting, quota over achievement, sales presentations, short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management
  • Extraordinary customer management and strategic solution selling skills
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems combined with a challenger sales approach
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Ability to clarify technical product aspects to non-tech savvy and tech-savvy customers
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Self-starter with a high-energy level and proven track record of quota over-achievement
  • Experience using SalesForce or other sales CRM automation tools
  • Intermediate level knowledge of all Microsoft office programs in Windows, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint required
  • This position requires extensive regional travel
