Inside Sales Representative - UKI

The role will be to work in a fast-paced environment to engage and acquire new customers and partners for the business and aligned with the company objectives.


  • Turn cold or warm leads into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and pass across to the sales function.
  • Follow an outlined script and advertise our products via phone to interested consumers in a manner that is professional and honest.
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through to a defined lead close in line with company targets.
  • Research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product’s function and purpose, so you can confidently upsell our customers’ compatible products.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Listen attentively to consumer questions and provide answers that are knowledgeable and insightful to encourage product sales.
  • Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization unique.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal as well as team goals for the upcoming week.


  • BA Hons degree preferred or a combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in internal sales and/or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior listening skills
  • Ability to maintain an organized and professional workspace
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite essential
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM tools) essential
