1. Please include the reseller partner details that you purchased your Avocor product from
2. Determine if support is required in EMEA, AsiaPac or Americas it is best to use the service where the display physically resides.
3. Have the Model Name and if possible the serial number ready before you speak to your Avocor Service Representative. (The serial number for our Avocor displays can be found on the back or obtainable through the OSD menu under information option)
