Answer:

If your remote control is not working, please follow the steps below:

  • Replace the batteries
  • Ensure the polarities correctly match the (+) and (-) markings inside the battery compartment
  • Make sure that there is nothing obstructing┬áthe infrared beam to the IR receiver on the display, located around the power button
  • The remote control may fail to operate if the infrared remote sensor is exposed to bright sunlight or fluorescent lighting
