The Customer Support Technician will be a part of a fast-paced team whose primary task is to provide technical support to IT administrators and integrators who work with our state-of-the-art collaboration technology. The position requires a close partnership with the Technical Service Team to assist with product failure and root cause analysis.

We are looking for a personable and self-motivated tech enthusiast with a passion for excellent customer service. The right candidate will be driven to learn and navigate complex products, systems, and customer facing situations. The right balance of hardware and software aptitude, and patience and interpersonal skills are key to successful growth in this position, and a promising future with our growing company.


  •  Provide seamless and exceptional customer support via a web-based ticketing system (phone, email, and chat services apply).
  • Troubleshoot and provide actionable steps to customer reported issues with regard to hardware, software, and third-party interoperability.
  • Assist with product repair and hands-on product analysis to help increase product knowledge and understanding of overall service process.
  • Drive reporting and resolution of issues encountered in the field.
  • Provide customer support services to partner companies.
  • Provided assistance in the factory repair center as needed.
  • This is an onsite job that will require you to use and manipulate heavy equipment.
  • Other tasks as assigned.


  •  Passion for technology.
  • Ability to solve complex technical issues, effectively prioritize various tasks, and work under the pressure of time constraints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated to learn new skills, systems, and processes.
  • Zendesk experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least two years in AV support, IT support, or equivalent.
  • Flexibility for business-related travel as required.
